Estimation of hadronic NIEL contribution is included in the latest update of test58 (10.4 version) available for download at the following link.
SR-NIEL hadronic value is calculated from tabulated value in every step of the simulated interactions, triggered by electromagnetic interactions. Tables are available for protons and alpha particles in elements with 4<z<51 and every possible compounds.
In test58 users can choose to activate the hadronic estimation with the following command to use in macro file:
/testem/phys/setNIELHadronic ON
